One-third of all food produced globally is wasted. That is $2.6 trillion a year thrown in the trash. We are solving that with a thin layer of plants on plants.
Our coating is invisible, tasteless, odorless, and made from plant materials. It is not weird science. It is extremely simple science applied to the right problem.
Walmart, Kroger, and Costco all stock Apeel-treated produce. When the world's biggest retailers adopt your technology, you know the science works.

An avocado lasts twice as long with Apeel. That means fewer avocados in the trash, fewer trucks on the road, and less water wasted growing food nobody eats.
Bill Gates funded our first grant. He understood that food waste in developing countries is not a luxury problem — it is a survival problem.
