The Baltic offshore wind farm project is a massive investment, but also a wonderful example of how, thanks to perseverance, commitment, and a strong Polish-Norwegian partnership, a bold vision from many years ago, when no one in Poland even thought about offshore wind energy, is finally taking real shape before our eyes.
Poland can and will be, thanks to the projects developed by Polenergia and Equinor, powered by clean energy produced in harmony with nature, with respect for our planet's resources and in service of future generations.
For me personally, this brings great joy and satisfaction, because I understand that the Earth's gifts are finite, and we are entrusted with the responsibility to use them wisely.
In my opinion, equality is a natural state. In the past, I thought that I had to conquer this world, fight for myself, be more masculine.
What was supposed to be altruism is just common egotism. We can be satisfied, but our satisfaction should be produced not by our actions but rather by the benefits accruing to those we help.
I didn't grow up surrounded by women, and I'm very hungry for it. I believe that many of us feel this way.
