THE ORIGIN STORY

Lior Sion had been CTO at Gett (a ride-hailing and delivery platform in Israel) and knew from the inside how complex multi-channel delivery coordination was. In 2013 he and Guy Bloch built Bringg as the platform that lets a retailer manage deliveries regardless of whether they are using their own drivers, a 3PL, or a gig delivery network.

The insight was that retailers would eventually use multiple delivery providers simultaneously (own fleet for high-margin orders, gig network for peak demand) and needed one platform to coordinate all of it.

WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DO

Bringg sells a delivery management SaaS platform for enterprise retailers, restaurant chains, and logistics providers. It connects brands to their own drivers, third-party gig delivery networks (DoorDash Drive, Instacart, Uber Eats), and carrier APIs — all through a single platform.

Revenue comes from enterprise SaaS contracts priced on delivery volume.

THE PRODUCTS

Bringg Delivery Hub (multi-carrier delivery management), Bringg Delivery Networks (access to 350+ carriers), customer tracking portals, driver mobile app, analytics dashboard

HOW THEY GREW

Bringg built a carrier network — pre-integrated connections to 350+ delivery providers globally — that gave retailers instant access to delivery capacity beyond their own fleet. Salesforce Ventures and Google Ventures investments gave it credibility and access to enterprise accounts.

It expanded into the US market (moving headquarters to Chicago) to target North American enterprise retail.

THE HARD PART

Bringg operates in a fragmented competitive market that includes FarEye, Onfleet, DispatchTrack, and various in-house solutions at large retailers. Enterprise sales cycles are long and implementation is complex — integrating with a retailer's order management system, ERP, and carrier APIs takes months.

Proving ROI is essential because delivery technology is rarely the CEO's top priority until something goes wrong.
