FarEye is the software that tells you exactly where your package is and when it will arrive — used by FedEx, DHL, and Walmart. It is an Indian SaaS company that went global by building the operational intelligence layer for last-mile delivery that carriers could not build themselves. The founders sold technology to logistics giants from Noida and it worked.

In 2013, India's logistics industry ran on phone calls and paper manifests. A customer calling to ask where their package was would be told to wait.
Kushal Nahata, Gautam Kumar, and Gaurav Srivastava saw the opportunity: build the software layer that makes any logistics operation as visible and efficient as Amazon's. FarEye's first product was a delivery management app for drivers — replacing paper route sheets with mobile-first optimized routes.
The platform evolved into a full enterprise logistics orchestration suite used by FedEx, Walmart, DHL, and hundreds of retailers globally.
WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DO
FarEye sells a SaaS platform that large retailers and logistics companies use to manage delivery operations. Unlike Delhivery or XpressBees (which are logistics carriers), FarEye is software — it does not own trucks or drivers.
Its platform handles last-mile delivery orchestration: route optimization, driver tracking, customer communication, proof-of-delivery, returns, and analytics. Revenue comes from annual enterprise SaaS contracts.
THE PRODUCTS
FarEye Last-Mile Experience Platform, delivery orchestration and routing, real-time customer tracking, returns management, driver mobile app
HOW THEY GREW
FarEye expanded from India into the US and Europe, targeting large retailers and 3PL operators. Its "Last-Mile Experience" platform differentiated by focusing on the customer delivery experience (real-time tracking, delivery windows, seamless returns) not just operational efficiency.
TCV's growth equity investment in 2021 validated enterprise-scale product-market fit.
THE HARD PART
Enterprise SaaS sales to logistics giants is a long, expensive process. FarEye had to compete with in-house systems at large carriers and with global competitors like Bringg, Onfleet, and DispatchTrack.
Building credibility with Fortune 500 clients from India required significant investment in sales infrastructure, customer success, and security compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
