Twitter bought us before we even launched. In hindsight, that was both the best and worst thing that happened to Vine. Best because we got distribution. Worst because we lost control.

Our drones fly without GPS, without a pilot, and without communication. The AI figures out the environment in real time. That is autonomy, not remote control.

Autonomy is not optional for the future of drones. Every drone will fly itself. We are just getting there first.

Decentralization works. Give good managers autonomy and judge them on results.

I play football with joy. I make business decisions the same way. Not every decision will be right — but all of them will be mine.

I give my acquired brands autonomy. I didn’t buy Volvo to make it Chinese. I bought it to make Geely Swedish in quality.
