Facebook was an incredible place to learn how to grow a product. But I have tremendous guilt about what we built. I think we knew something bad could happen.

The Social Network is a movie. It is not my biography. Some of it is true. The part about me caring about Facebook's success is definitely true.

I put in the first $19,000 for Facebook. The return on that check is mathematically absurd. But the journey to get my fair share was anything but easy.

At our peak, one in five Facebook users was playing a Zynga game. Then Facebook changed one setting.

At Facebook I learned that engineering culture is the product. If your engineers are exceptional, the decisions they make will be exceptional too.

Leaving Facebook was the right move. I wanted to build something from scratch. That is a different experience from building inside a rocket ship.

I am really sad about Facebook. Now I am disappointed. I am embarrassed. I am ashamed.
